Since it is our goal to become self-sufficient over time we don’t want to be dependent on money flow in the common sense. Therefore we chose to rent our house in a different way.  We ask for an “energy exchange” which means that you give as much as staying here is worth to you, or give as much as you can (this is for renting the house, as well as for the meals you share with us).

We are not able to produce grains or make oil, salt and so on ourselves, and we have to pay for electricity, our car and the bread we bake. Therefore we are dependent on an income . We hope that by renting our house we can cover this costs.
